What You’ll Do:
- Maintain immaculate public spaces—including lobbies, restrooms, elevators, and stairwells—so every guest feels welcome.
- Stock and organize housekeeping supplies, ensuring storerooms are neat and secure.
- Report maintenance issues promptly to keep our property in top condition.
- Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and effectively, following all guidelines.
- Assist guests with accurate information about hotel facilities and services.
- Attend departmental meetings and collaborate with your team to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain professional appearance and conduct at all times.
- Uphold OSHA safety protocols and hotel standards for emergency procedures and chemical handling.
- Regular attendance in conformance with standards.
- May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs.
- Required to attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Your Qualifications Include:
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Previous experience in a cleaning role preferred.
- Previous experience in a hotel or resort environment preferred.
- Basic English skills preferred.
- Ability to walk, stand, reach and bend.
- Ability to push, lift, and pull items weighing up to 25lbs repetitively during entire shift.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as required.
