Als dualer Student lernst du bei uns, wie aus einer Bestellung ein glücklicher Kunde wird – und wirst dabei Schritt für Schritt auf deine erste Führungsrolle vorbereitet.

Was dich erwartet

  • Rotation pur: Du durchläufst alle Stationen – vom Hochregallager über die Disposition bis hin zum strategischen Customer Service.
  • Theorie trifft Praxis: Du studierst an unserer Partner-Hochschule und wendest dein Wissen direkt bei uns im Betrieb an.
  • Verantwortung ab Tag 1: Wir werfen dich nicht ins kalte Wasser, aber geben dir früh eigene Projekte, z. B. Prozessoptimierungen.
  • Leadership-Track: Wir bereiten dich gezielt auf deine erste Führungsrolle vor – mit Mentoring durch unsere Geschäftsleitung/Abteilungsleitung.

Das bringst du mit

  • Du hast (Fach-)Abitur mit guten Noten in Mathe und Deutsch
  • Du sprichst sehr gut Deutsch und Englisch
  • Du bist Teilnehmer:in eines dualen Studienprogramms und möchtest Theorie und Praxis optimal verbinden
  • Du hast ein „Macher-Gen“ und scheust dich nicht davor, im ersten Jahr auch mal im Lager mit anzupacken
  • Du bist kommunikativ und findest für den LKW-Fahrer und den Key-Account-Manager immer den richtigen Ton
  • Du hast Lust auf Organisation, Logik und Prozessdenken
  • Du bist teamfähig, zuverlässig und neugierig
