Treuhand mit Verantwortung – verlässlich, persönlich, massgeschneidert

Wir sind ein eingespieltes Treuhandteam in Pratteln und betreuen KMU aus unterschiedlichen Branchen. Unsere Mandate sind vielseitig und oft anspruchsvoll.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit mit Erfahrung im Treuhandwesen.

Mandatsleiter/in oder Junior Mandatsleiter/in Treuhand (50–100%)

Die Position richtet sich sowohl an erfahrene Mandatsleiter/innen als auch an engagierte Treuhandfachpersonen, die den nächsten Schritt in Richtung Mandatsleitung machen möchten.

Du führst bereits selbständig Mandate oder möchtest den nächsten Schritt in diese Richtung machen. In beiden Fällen freuen wir uns darauf, dich kennenzulernen. Entscheidend sind für uns deine fachliche Kompetenz, deine Motivation und deine Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen.

Wir sind offen für unterschiedliche Arbeitsmodelle. Teilzeit- und Vollzeitpensen sind gleichermassen willkommen.

Deine Rolle Je nach Erfahrung führst du bereits eigene Mandate selbständig oder wirst Schritt für Schritt an diese Verantwortung herangeführt. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit deinen Kolleginnen und Kollegen zusammen, bringst deine Ideen ein und entwickelst dich fachlich kontinuierlich weiter.

Deine Aufgaben •Selbständige Betreuung von KMU-Mandaten •Führen von Finanz- und Lohnbuchhaltung sowie Erstellen von Jahresabschlüssen •Erstellen von Steuererklärungen für natürliche und juristische Personen •Beratung unserer Kunden in treuhänderischen und betriebswirtschaftlichen Fragestellungen •Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen und Dienstleistungen •Bei Interesse Mitarbeit in Revision möglich

Das bringst du mit: •Abgeschlossene oder laufende Ausbildung im Treuhandbereich (z.B. Fachausweis Treuhand, Fachausweis Finanz- und Rechnungswesen oder vergleichbare Ausbildung) •Berufserfahrung im Treuhandwesen. Je nach Ausbildung und Erfahrung steigst du als Junior Mandatsleiter/in oder als Mandatsleiter/in bei uns ein. •Fundierte Kenntnisse in Buchhaltung, Lohn und Steuern sowie Freude an der Beratung von KMU-Kunden. •Digitale Affinität und versierter Umgang mit Finanzapplikationen (wie z.B. PEBE, Bexio, Dr. Tax, Revio) •Sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse mit Office 365, insbesondere mit Excel •Selbständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise •Ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsorientierung und Kommunikationsstärke •Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil •Du arbeitest selbständig, denkst mit und behältst auch bei mehreren parallel laufenden Mandaten den Überblick.
