Work alongside the Lead Teacher to create a safe, welcoming, and engaging classroom where children feel supported and excited to learn.

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist with classroom lessons, activities, and daily routines.
  • Supervise, engage, and encourage children as they learn and develop new skills.
  • Prepare and organize classroom materials and learning activities.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and inviting classroom.
  • Support children's daily needs and the Lead Teacher's classroom responsibilities.
  • Build positive relationships with children, families, and fellow teachers.
  • Help create meaningful learning experiences that support children's overall development.

WHAT YOU NEED TO QUALIFY

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
  • At least 1 year of related experience.
  • Must be 18 years old or older.
  • Patient, reliable, caring, and enthusiastic about working with children.
  • Willingness to support children's learning, development, and daily care.

JOB DETAILS

Position: Assistant Teacher Job Type: Full-time and Part-time Schedule: Full-time: 8-hour shifts | Part-time: 3+ hours per day Operating Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–6:00 PM Work Location: On-site; telework is not available Salary: Competitive pay — confirm the applicable hourly rate for this opening.
