$25 PER HOUR | APPROX. 10 HOURS PER WEEK

Bambini Montessori Preschool is looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and fluent French Teacher to introduce young children to the beauty of the French language and culture!

If you have previous French teaching experience and enjoy making lessons fun, interactive, and meaningful, we want you on our team! Inspire children to explore a new language through exciting activities, songs, stories, and play.

POSITION DETAILS

  • Position: Part-Time French Teacher
  • Pay: $25 per hour
  • Schedule: Approximately 10 hours per week
  • Age Group: Children ages 2–5 years old
  • Locations: Must be willing to travel between our preschool locations as needed

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Bring French to Life: Teach basic French vocabulary and expressions through songs, storytelling, games, and interactive activities.
  • Make Learning Exciting: Create fun, age-appropriate lessons that keep preschoolers engaged and excited to participate.
  • Introduce French Culture: Help children explore French language and culture through enjoyable classroom experiences.
  • Build Language Confidence: Encourage children to practice speaking, listening, and recognizing French words through playful interactions.
  • Support Montessori Learning: Collaborate with classroom teachers to complement the school's Montessori learning environment.
  • Create a Positive Classroom: Build a welcoming atmosphere where children feel comfortable exploring, learning, and expressing themselves.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous French teaching experience is REQUIRED.
  • Fluency in French; native or near-native proficiency preferred.
  • Experience working with preschool-aged children (ages 2–5) is strongly preferred.
  • Passion for early childhood education and making language learning enjoyable.
  • Creative, patient, energetic, and engaging teaching approach.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between preschool locations.
  • Montessori teaching experience is a plus, but not required.
