$17.00–$22.00 PER HOUR

Bambini Montessori Academy is urgently seeking caring, enthusiastic, and dependable Infant and Toddler Teachers to join our growing team!

We serve children 6 weeks to 5 years old and are committed to providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where every child can learn, grow, and thrive. We also believe in creating a supportive workplace where our teachers feel valued, appreciated, and empowered.

LEAD TEACHER QUALIFICATIONS

REQUIRED

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 45-hour Child Growth & Development certification
  • 45-hour Preschool Curriculum certification (for Preschool Teachers)
  • 45-hour Infant/Toddler certification (for Infant/Toddler Teachers)
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a licensed childcare center or 30 college credits
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of child development and age-appropriate learning practices
  • Commitment to continuous professional growth
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and actively participate in classroom activities

PREFERRED

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field

POSITION INFORMATION

Schedule

  • Full-Time: 8-hour shifts
  • Part-Time: Minimum of 3 hours per day

Hours of Operation

Monday through Friday 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Work Location

On-site only — Remote work is not available
