“smart et no paper”

De la réservation à la gestion quotidienne, les process sont optimisés et automatisés dans le but de faciliter la vie des nos nounous et familles clientes.

L’application mobile développée est la plus complète du marché : elle permet de simuler en ligne les aides financières auxquelles les familles sont éligibles (financement jusqu’à 95 %), de réserver une garde sous 24h, d’accéder à son espace personnel pour modifier, annuler et/ou réserver une nouvelle prestation. La gestion administrative est complètement dématérialisée pour un confort optimal pour tous : zéro papier mais un service client hyper réactif.

Pourquoi smart ?

Notre principal objectif : rendre les enfants plus intelligents, plus curieux, plus éveillés.

Très attachée à l'éducation loin des écrans et la pédagogie Montessori, Marwa Sylvestre, notre fondatrice, est convaincue que BAMBINOS a un devoir d’éducation et d’apprentissage. Pour cela, nous avons développé des outils pédagogiques pour accompagner nos nounous dans leurs fonctions pendant leur heures de garde.

Description de la mission : garde d’enfants et soutien scolaire

  • Accompagnement post natal enfants en bas âge
  • Mise en place d’activités ludiques et d’éveil en fonction des âges des enfants
  • Accompagnement à la vie quotidienne : soins, sieste, repas, toilette…
  • Sortie d’écoles
  • Soirées parents
  • Babysitting en weekend
  • Mercredis et vacances scolaires
  • Eveil aux langues étrangère
  • Aide aux devoirs / Soutien scolaire

Profil recherché

Compétences et qualités requises

  • Bonne présentation générale
  • Amour des enfants indéniable
  • Expérience avec les enfants indispensable
  • Diplôme lié à la petite enfance obligatoire : CAP Petite Enfance, BTS ESF (Economie Sociale Familiale), Diplôme Auxiliaire de puériculture
  • Expérience en crèche, maternelles, écoles, centre aérés ou préparation au diplôme de professeur des écoles ou éducateur de jeunes enfants ou éducateur moniteur ou éducateur spécialisé sont des atouts

Gratification :

10% + SMIC et +10 % encore tarif de nuit (22h-7h)

(Environ 10,50€ nets par heure et 11,50 € nets en heure de nuit)

Contrat : CDII (contrat à durée indéterminée intermittent : rémunération à l’heure travaillée)
