  • 探索计算机视觉、ViT、VLM等技术在3D打印场景中的落地应用，覆盖打印过程视觉感知、缺陷智能识别、打印状态闭环控制等核心方向；
  • 负责模型的训练、调优、测试与部署全流程，确保算法方案在实际产品中稳定落地；
  • 跟踪计算机视觉与多模态大模型前沿进展，结合业务场景推动创新算法工程化应用；
  • 与硬件、软件团队紧密协作，推动AI能力快速走向量产产品。

必要条件 - 计算机科学、人工智能、自动化、电子工程或相关专业硕士及以上学历，应届毕业生； - 扎实的计算机视觉理论基础，深入理解 ViT、VLM 等模型原理，能清晰讲解核心机制； - 具备模型训练、微调、部署的完整项目经验，代码能力过硬，能独立实现方案；

加分项 - 有自动驾驶、具身智能、工业视觉等相关项目或实习经验； - 有将视觉模型部署至嵌入式或边缘设备的实际经验。
