负责设计、开发并持续进化面向3D打印领域的复杂排障与打印质量自动优化智能体系统。你将站在AI Agent技术的最前沿，运用Agent Skills模块化能力工程、Harness Engineering工程化治理体系和Agent自优化等新兴范式，打造能够自主学习、自我进化、精准诊断3D打印异常根因并自动调整打印参数以交付完美打印质量的AI系统，彻底重塑3D打印的智能运维标准。 核心职责 1. 多智能体系统与自主进化：基于LangGraph/AutoGen等框架设计“感知—诊断—决策—执行”闭环的Multi-Agent系统，实现复杂排障任务的工作流编排、状态管理、分层记忆与协同推理，保障系统稳定性与线上监控，实现Harness Engineering工程化治理。 2. Agent Skills能力工程：将3D打印排障与质量优化的领域能力模块化为可组合、可复用的Skills（如喷嘴堵塞诊断、翘曲根因推理、参数自动补偿等），建立Skills注册与动态加载机制，实现通用Agent按需获取专业技能。 3. Agent架构自优化：构建外循环优化框架，将完整Harness程序（含提示词、工具定义、上下文管理等）作为优化对象，通过历史Harness的因果推理实现架构级自主改进，驱动排障准确率与效率持续进化。 4. AI Coding与自动化质量优化：运用AI Coding Agent辅助开发打印参数推理、缺陷识别与校正策略等核心模块，引入测试驱动自纠正机制降低回归风险；深度集成打印机传感、控制API及切片软件，实现从缺陷感知到参数自适应调整的全自动化闭环。 5. 前沿技术探索与落地：持续跟踪Agent工程化、自优化及AIGC等领域前沿，深度结合3D打印材料与工艺知识，将创新技术转化为解决实际工业问题的生产力，并参与技术评审与架构设计。

【必备技术能力】 1. 精通Python，深度理解至少一种主流AI Agent开发框架（LangGraph/AutoGen/Strands等），具备多智能体系统或复杂状态编排工作流的实际项目经验。 2. 深入理解Harness Engineering工程化理念，有Agent系统工具编排、记忆管理、状态持久化及错误恢复等核心组件的设计开发经验。具有提示词工程深度实践经验，理解或实践过TDAD等提示词自优化方法论者优先。 3. 熟悉Agent Skills能力模块化设计范式，具备将业务能力封装为可复用Skills的实践经验。 4. 熟悉大语言模型（LLM）原理及应用，有RAG系统、模型微调（LoRA/QLoRA）的实际项目经验。

熟悉向量数据库（Milvus、FAISS、ChromaDB等）及传统数据库，了解图数据库基本原理。

【经验背景】 1. 在智能运维（AIOps）、工业故障诊断、任务型对话系统或Agent工程化等领域有项目实践经验。 2. 有处理复杂业务逻辑、构建多步骤决策系统的经验，能设计高效、可靠且具备自进化能力的技术方案。 3. 有AI Coding实践经验（如使用Claude Code、Cursor、Codex CLI等AI编码代理进行开发），理解AI辅助开发的工程化实践。 4. 有3D打印、增材制造或相关硬件领域知识或项目经验者优先。

【综合素质】 1. 具备优秀的问题抽象、分析、拆解与工程化解决能力，对Agent系统工程化与自主进化充满热情。 2. 拥有出色的自驱力、学习能力和跨团队沟通协作能力（将同时与AI算法团队、3D打印硬件工程师和领域专家深度合作）。 3. 能快速适应AI Agent领域的高速技术迭代，在快节奏环境中持续学习并高效输出。 4. 对构建能自主诊断数百种3D打印故障模式并自动优化打印质量、具备自我进化能力的AI系统充满使命感。

【加分项】 1. 在Agent自优化（Meta-Harness）、提示词自动优化（TDAD）等方向有实际工程探索或开源贡献。 2 有Agent Skills体系的设计与治理经验，或在相关开源社区有贡献。 3. 有大规模Agent系统部署和性能优化经验，熟悉MCP（Model Context Protocol）协议及Agent工具调用标准化实践。 4. 在ACM/ICPC、Kaggle等竞赛中获奖，或在顶级AI/ML会议发表过Agent/LLM方向论文。
