职位亮点 加入我们，你将在真实业务中参与 AI Native 移动应用 与智能硬件相关客户端研发，与正式同学一起做需求、写代码、做 Review。 你能接触到： 1、React Native / iOS / Android 现代技术栈与工程实践 2、智能硬件连接、音视频、端侧体验优化等方向之一 3、Cursor / Copilot 等 AI Coding 工具在研发全流程中的落地用法 4、导师制辅导、定期 Code Review 与可沉淀的项目产出 你将参与的工作 1、在导师指导下，参与移动端（iOS / Android / React Native）功能开发与缺陷修复，编写可读、可测试的代码； 2、参与需求分析与技术方案讨论，与产品、设计、服务端同学协作完成迭代交付； 3、参与客户端质量建设：基础性能分析、稳定性问题排查、单测 / UI 测试补充等； 4、有机会参与智能硬件相关能力（发现 / 配网 / 连接 / OTA 等）或音视频相关能力的开发与验证； 5、学习并实践模块化、组件化、CI 流程，以及 AI 辅助编码、调试与文档沉淀。

基础要求 1、本科及以上在读，计算机 / 软件工程 / 电子信息等相关专业优先； 2、至少熟练掌握 iOS、Android、React Native 之一，有完整 App / 课程设计 / 开源 / 竞赛项目经历； 3、具备扎实的编程基础：数据结构与算法、面向对象、网络基础（HTTP / TCP）、多线程基础； 4、熟悉 Git 基本工作流；了解任一平台工程化（依赖管理、构建、调试工具）者优先； 5、可连续实习 3 个月及以上，每周到岗 4 天及以上（具体可沟通）。 平台方向（满足其一即可，有多端经验更佳） iOS - 熟悉 Swift，了解 UIKit 或 SwiftUI；了解生命周期、内存管理与基础异步编程。 Android - 熟悉 Kotlin 或 Java，了解 Activity / Fragment、基础 Jetpack 组件；了解协程或常见异步方案者优先。 React Native - 熟悉 JavaScript / TypeScript 与 React Native 基础组件、导航与状态管理；了解与原生交互（Native Module / Bridge / Turbo Module）者优先。 AI Engineering（加分，鼓励学习） - 使用过 Cursor、GitHub Copilot、ChatGPT 等工具辅助学习与开发； - 愿意在需求理解、编码、自测、文档等环节主动使用 AI，并保持对代码正确性的独立判断。 智能硬件 / 音视频（加分） - 了解 MQTT / TCP / UDP、蓝牙或局域网发现等任一物联网相关概念； - 或了解播放器、流媒体协议（HLS / RTMP / WebRTC）等基础概念。 加分项 - 有上架应用、开源仓库、技术博客或校园社团 / 实验室项目经历； - 有性能优化、Crash 排查、自动化测试等实践经历； - 有跨端（React Native + 原生）或独立负责过完整功能模块的经历。 我们希望你具备 - 强烈的好奇心与学习意愿，能在反馈中快速迭代； - 良好的沟通表达与团队协作意识，愿意主动同步进展与风险； - 对代码质量有基本追求，敢于提问、乐于分享； - 自驱、靠谱，能对自己的交付负责。 实习收获 - 真实业务代码合入主干的机会，以及可写入简历的项目经历； - 一对一导师辅导与定期反馈，帮助补齐工程能力短板； - 优秀者将进入 转正评估通道（以实际业务表现与团队 HC 为准）。 投递说明 请附上：简历、到岗时间与可实习周期、GitHub / 作品集 / 应用商店链接（如有），并注明意向方向（iOS / Android / React Native）。
