1. 全链路质量保障：负责 Bambu CyberBrick App（移动端）及 PC 客户端（桌面端）的产品功能、性能、稳定性、兼容性及自动化测试工作。 2. 用户体验与软硬协同：紧密对接硬件固件团队与产品/UI设计团队，跟进端到端（云-端-硬）的联调与软硬件交互体验优化，确保极致的用户口碑。 3. 深度参与研发全生命周期：参与需求评审、技术方案设计评审，从测试视角把控产品可测性与用户体验，提前识别并规避潜在风险。 4. 测试方案与执行：制定详细的测试计划，设计高覆盖率的测试用例，高效执行功能及系统集成测试；精准定位并追踪 Bug，推动研发团队高效闭环。 5. 自动化与工具链建设：参与构建及优化 App 与 PC 端的自动化测试框架（UI/接口/性能），提升回归测试效率，探索 AI 在测试领域的应用。

1. 学历与专业：本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、通信、自动化等相关专业。 2. 基础扎实：具备扎实的计算机基础，熟悉至少一门编程语言（如 Python、Java或 JavaScript 等），具备良好的代码阅读与编写能力。 3. 技术视野与兴趣： - 对移动端（iOS/Android）或桌面端（PC/Mac）软件开发与测试有浓厚兴趣； - 熟悉常用的软件测试理论、方法及 Bug 生命周期。 4. 加分项（非硬性，满足其一即可）： - 有大型 App/PC 客户端测试项目经验、开源项目贡献经历 - 了解 Appium、Selenium、Pytest、JUnit 等常见自动化测试框架或持续集成（CI/CD）工具者优先； - 具备优秀的逻辑思维、极强的责任心、良好的沟通协作能力与抗压能力。
