【岗位职责】 开发者运营-协助团队从智能硬件开发者视角出发，持续提升全流程的开发者体验，持续降低开发者平台/工具使用门槛，并协助开发者完成项目从调试到最终结合3D打印特色，成为完整作品到发布的顺利上线。 【主要工作】 1. 开发者拓展：协助运营团队在全球范围寻找智能硬件社区各类型适合与3D打印结合的产品，及其背后的开发者/开发团队; 2. 开发者支持：参与开发者基于已有硬件项目和CyberBrick做结合并产出新的项目，过程中保持交流与互动，指导并协助开发者解决平台/工具使用中的难点、3D打印特色的结合，并最终顺利产出; 3. 体验优化：深度使用并验证CyberBrick硬件以及软件工具链的可用性，从开发者视角反馈从硬件到嵌入式软件全链路的各种痛点; 4. 平台手册：将智能硬件开发过程中的零散经验沉淀为可复制的"开发手册"和"避坑手册"，参与制定开发平台相关规范。

【岗位要求】 1. 全日制院校本科及以上; 2. 计算机科学与技术、电子信息工程、通信/自动化等相关专业; 3. 软实力: 掌握C/C++和至少一种嵌入式操作系统(如FreeRTO)S、RT-Thread等); 4. 硬件功底: 热爱硬件开发,看得懂原理图玩得转示波器分折仪万用表。 【加分项】 1. 跨界能力：了解3D建模软件,具备3D建模基础,能理解机械/结构设计逻辑 2. 开源社区:有ESP32/STM32等芯片平台的项目开发经验,请直接附上GitHub/OSHWHub/Hackaday/Hackster/B站自己项目的链接; 3. 炒面能力:熟练掌握3D打印，熟悉材料特性、切片优化等。
