1. 支持HRBP开展组织与人才工作：参与数据整理、材料汇总等，辅助识别关键问题，支持方案落地与业务高效交付。 2. 参与关键人才专项支持：协助核心技术人才的选拔、发展、任用与保留相关工作的落地执行，如员工访谈安排、发展项目跟进等，逐步理解关键人才识别与梯队建设的方法论。 3. 协助员工关系与组织氛围工作：关注研发一线团队动态，协助识别并及时反馈员工关系及组织氛围相关问题，支持文化活动的组织与落地，助力营造坦诚、专注、协作的团队氛围。

1. 学历与专业：本科及以上学历，人力资源管理、心理学、管理学等相关专业优先，在读硕士或本科高年级学生（可保证每周4天及以上，实习期3个月以上）。 2. 基础能力：对人力资源工作有一定认知，了解HRBP的基本职能，逻辑清晰，具备较强的数据分析与信息整理能力，熟练使用Office办公软件（Excel、PPT等）。 3. 综合素质：自驱力强，认真细致、责任心强，具备良好的沟通表达与学习能力，能适应快速变化的业务节奏及技术团队敏捷的工作方式。 4. 加分项：对互联网/科技行业及技术团队感兴趣，了解或有意愿学习相关人力资源法律法规，具备同理心与团队合作精神。 我们提供扁平开放的工作氛围，优秀者有转正机会。
