岗位职责 1.内容维护：负责拓竹官网内容维护和日常更新，确保信息的准确性与时效性；协同产品和市场等团队，完成官网改版、新品上线、专题页面制作等项目的内容支持工作。 2.体验优化：收集并分析用户对官网的使用反馈，提取有价值的信息，为产品优化和业务流程改进提供参考。结合竞品分析提出优化建议，协同推进产品体验迭代上线。 3.数据分析：协助完成官网数据的监测与分析，挖掘用户行为特征和需求，为官网内容优化、推广策略制定等提供数据支持。

任职要求 1.本科及以上学历的在校学生，专业不限，计算机科学、市场营销、电子商务、新闻传播等相关专业优先考虑。 2.熟练使用办公软件，具备一定的数据处理和分析能力，对网页内容编辑和排版有一定的审美能力。 3.具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，能够与不同部门的人员进行有效的沟通和协作。 4.工作认真负责，有较强的学习能力和主动性，对互联网运营工作有浓厚的兴趣。 5.具有较强的问题分析和解决能力，能够在面对用户反馈和数据问题时，积极思考并提出合理的解决方案。 6.能够保证每周至少 4 天的实习时间，实习周期不少于 4 个月
