你将深度参与供应链优化项目的全生命周期，具体职责包括： 参与销量预测与分仓补货优化 ：协助构建或优化基于运筹优化与 AI 技术的多目标决策模型，平衡库存周转与缺货风险，降低履约成本。 挖掘供应链业务逻辑 ：深入理解头程运输、尾程配送、仓储管理、包材选择等环节的业务规则与数据特征，为建模提供扎实输入。 驱动智能优化方案落地 ：运用数据建模、仿真与实验分析技术，评估并推动优化方案的上线，量化业务收益。 跟踪前沿技术 ：关注运筹优化、时空预测、机器学习、大模型等领域的最新进展，探索其在供应链场景的创新应用。

全日制硕士及以上学历，运筹学、应用数学、计算机科学、人工智能、工业工程等相关专业。 具备扎实的运筹学、统计学、机器学习理论基础，熟悉混合整数规划、动态规划、强化学习等核心技术原理。 精通 Python 编程语言，熟悉主流优化求解器（如OR-tools等）。 有物流、电商、供应链、出行等领域的预测、调度、优化相关项目或实习经验者优先。 具备强烈的求知欲和快速学习能力，逻辑思维清晰，善于沟通，能将复杂业务问题抽象为数学模型。

加分项 ： 有高水平数学建模竞赛、算法竞赛获奖经历。 在顶级学术会议（如 NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR）上发表过相关论文。 参与过开源优化项目的开发。
