1、规划并产出多媒体知识素材，运营主流社媒平台的知识分享账号以及国内外官方论坛； 2、根据用户需求和产品特性，在平台积极分享产品使用、维护及故障排查指南，提升用户对3D打印的了解和认知，包括不限于中英双语的图文、视频等； 3、根据各方反馈，对多媒体素材知识进行更新维护，保证内容准确、及时、全面； 4、擅长使用多种 AI 工具，提升图文 & 视频产出效率。 5、塑造积极的知识分享和技术服务形象，与用户形成良好互动；

1、本科及以上学历，机械电子类理工科或英语专业优先； 2、有相关岗位实习经历优先，有3D打印机使用经验优先； 3、英语达到 CET-6 以上，并具备优秀的英语听说读写能力，可作为工作语言； 4、具备图文设计、视频拍摄剪辑，熟悉图片编辑和视频剪辑工具优先； 5、具备较强的敏感度、沟通能力和推动力，擅长用户分析及洞察； 6、积极主动，认真负责，具备较强的品牌意识、服务意识和抗压能力。
