1. 本科及以上学历，机械、精密仪器、材料、力学、车辆工程等相关专业，或其他专业的机械设计爱好者； 2. 有良好的工程力学和机械结构设计基础，熟悉各类制造工艺及常用材料特性； 3. 有良好的沟通能力，动手和学习能力强，善于解决问题，喜欢有挑战的设计； 4. 丰富的实践类竞赛经历或机械产品/样机开发实战经验，希望至少具备以下条件之一： a）熟练掌握机构设计，熟悉三维建模和工程制图，设计思路新颖，具有创新精神； b）熟练掌握产品结构设计，熟悉曲面建模和工程制图，熟悉模具制造，擅长优化分析； c）熟练掌握工程材料应用和制造工艺，对金属、高分子、复合材料等成型工艺及表面处理有较深入的研究； 5. 有RoboMaster/Robocon等机器人赛事经验者优先。
