1. 本科及以上学历，自动化、机械设计相关专业优先； 2. 熟练使用机械设计常用的2D/3D绘图软件； 3. 熟练掌握材料力学，理论力学的基础知识； 4. 具有较强的沟通能力及表达能力，大学期间参加过大学生机械设计大赛，或有机械相关项目经验者优先。
