1. 负责光学类器件的性能测试与数据分析，建立并持续完善质检流程与测试规范； 2. 配合产品线完成光学方案的结构落地，参与公差分配、装配可行性评估与样机调试； 3. 搭建光学测试环境，验证仿真结果并定位偏差原因； 4. 参与激光加工系统相关光路的设计、仿真与调试支持； 5. 整理测试报告与设计文档，沉淀可复用的测试方法与数据。

1. 本科及以上学历，光学工程、光电信息科学与工程、物理学、精密仪器等相关专业应届毕业生； 2. 掌握几何光学与物理光学基础，了解光线追迹与照度仿真原理； 3. 熟悉常用光学测试仪器，具备测试数据采集与分析能力； 4. 有课程设计、竞赛或实验室项目实践经验。

加分项 ① 有激光加工系统相关研究、实习或项目经历； ② 熟练使用至少一种仿真软件； ③ 有跨学科协作经验（光 + 机械/结构/算法/硬件方向）。
