The posting

1. 负责产品的热系统设计优化，对全场景的使用工况性能负责，优化研发生产过程中的热管理问题； 2. 负责产品中的热部件建模仿真分析，对热场与流场性能指标进行合理性评估和优化； 3. 负责匹配不同热场景的散热设计，进行风扇、散热器、导热界面材料与隔热材料选型，完成冷却流道的可靠性设计，优化气流组织的分布、散热效率、噪声； 4. 参与产品工程问题闭环，分析并解决量产和用户端反馈的热流相关问题；持续关注温控与冷却的技术与材料，为产品正向设计提供技术指导； 5. 跨部门协作，进行温度场、流体相关问题分析，参与温控策略的参数优化。

1. 工程热物理、热能工程、流体机械、流体力学等相关专业，硕士及以上学历； 2. 掌握传热学、数值计算方法、流体力学等知识，了解热传导、对流换热、辐射换热、热阻网络、热容、温度场、流场等基本概念，能够完成热设计计算和工程判断； 3. 熟悉至少一种三维建模软件； 4. 具备良好的实验动手能力，掌握常见的热测试工具，能够独立完成基础测试、数据记录、问题分析与结果呈现； 5. 具备较强的学习能力和沟通表达能力，良好的团队合作精神，内驱力强。
