1. 计算机、软件工程、信息安全、密码学等相关专业应届毕业生； 2. 熟练掌握C/C++，具备扎实的编程能力和代码阅读能力； 3. 熟悉常见密码算法及主流安全协议，理解各算法的适用场景与性能权衡； 4. 有Linux或RTOS开发经验者优先。
