【岗位职责】 1、参与小红书、抖音、B站等主流平台的广告日常投放与优化，协助对接投流供应商，保障项目顺利进行。 2、负责多平台日常投放数据的收集与整理，输出日报/周报，敏锐洞察数据波动背后的业务问题，为策略迭代提供数据支撑。 3、深度参与官号及UGC内容投放，结合平台热点与产品调性，筛选优质素材进行测试与放大，探索并挖掘优质内容模型。 4、关注各平台行业动态及竞品动作，收集优质投放素材与创新玩法案例，为团队策略提供参考。

【任职要求】 1、市场营销、广告学、统计学、数学等相关专业优先。 2、具备扎实的数据处理与分析能力，熟练掌握 Excel（如数据透视表、常用函数等）及相关分析工具，对数字敏感，能从复杂数据中提炼核心结论。 3、逻辑思维清晰，具备优秀的快速学习能力和跨部门沟通协调能力，能准确理解业务需求并高效执行，适应快节奏的营销环境。 4、注重细节，具备良好的时间管理与抗压能力，责任心强，可按期保质完成各项工作。 5、有抖音、小红书、B站等平台广告投流实习经验者优先
