1、智能制造、增材制造、机械、机器人、人工智能、电气自动化、热仿真及有限元仿真方向、高分子、材料等相关专业，本科及以上学历，有3D打印、机器人科研或竞赛项目经验优先。 2、实验测试与表征能力:力学测试、热学测试、流变实验、电镜等微观表征、打印测试、非标测试制定能力 3、热爱3D打印行业，能有较强的抗压能力，具有良好的攻关的精神。对打印质量有较强的判断能力，对各类打印参数有全面的了解。 4、对3D打印材料有全面的了解，能区分各种FDM材料的特性及应用场景。
