核心职责 1. 海外全媒体矩阵策略与运营：全面负责 Bambu Lab 官方核心社媒阵地（如 X、Facebook、Instagram、LinkedIn 等）的全局策略、内容矩阵规划与运营盘口，针对欧美科技极客、Lifestyle 圈层及 B 端专业人群定制差异化内容。 2. 全球 Campaign 深度联动与执行：作为核心成员深度参与品牌各项全球大型营销Campaign（如旗舰新品全球发布、年度创客盛事、跨界联名等），统筹社媒端的前期预热、声量引爆与全链路节奏把控。 3. 品牌认知构建与心智教育：跳出单纯的“自嗨式发文”，通过高维度的内容叙事与话题制造，持续向全球市场传递 Bambu Lab 的产品哲学与创新势能，降低跨国 CAC，提升全球品牌溢价。 4. 舆论洞察与社区风向捕捉：实时追踪海外主流科技圈、开源硬件圈与创客社群（如 X 舆论场、Reddit 讨论等）的最新动态与舆论风向，输出可落地的敏捷响应策略。 5. 跨部门协同与生态共振：与产品、设计、海外公关（PR）、本地化及各大社媒 KOL 团队深度协同，保障全球营销动作的合规性与高杠杆心智穿透。

1. 基本背景：2027 届本科及以上毕业生，专业不限（海外留学背景、市场营销、传播学、新闻学、理工科极客背景优先）。 2. 语言与跨文化语感：英语可作为日常工作及专业商务沟通语言（英语六级或以上），具备极佳的英文文案语感与海外主流社交媒体网感（深度冲浪 X、Reddit、LinkedIn，懂欧美互联网语境与科技圈层话语体系）。 3. 商业思维与逻辑闭环：具备优秀的第一性原理拆解能力与基础数据分析能力，认同“所有社媒动作终局必须指向品牌认知与商业闭环”的务实逻辑。 4. 同理心与跨文化敏锐度：天然适配欧美圈层审美与极客文化，对全球科技热点保持高度好奇心与敏锐的嗅觉。 5. 加分附件：如果你自己经营过出海自媒体账号、曾深度参与过国际化项目/开源社区运营、或有出色的全案策划作品集，请在网申时作为附件同步上传。
