  • 负责视觉检测场景的数据全链路工作，涵盖数据获取、清洗、标注与管理；
  • 优化现有数据生成与标注流程，通过计算机视觉、多模态模型、LLM 等技术手段的应用，降本提效；
  • 构建并维护算法评测体系，确保评测结果真实反映算法在实际场景中的表现；
  • 基于测试集反馈持续迭代数据策略，推动模型性能提升；
  • 开发 Agent 工具或自动化脚本，提升数据生产的工程效率。

基础能力（必要条件） - 熟悉 Linux 环境，Python 编程能力扎实，能独立编写数据处理与自动化脚本； - 具备数据清洗、标注、管理全流程的实操经验； - 有 Agent 开发经验，能灵活运用工具链辅助数据生产。
