The posting

1.协助开展全球海运、空运、铁路多式联运的舱位资源统筹工作，对接供应商完成舱位盘点、资源梳理，建立舱位资源基础台账，跟进舱位锁定、资源预留的落地执行。 2.结合业务历史数据、淡旺季波动，协助完成货量需求预判，输出初步货量预测，匹配对应运输渠道的舱位计划排期，保障货量与舱位供给的合理匹配。 3.跟进物流计划全流程落地，针对业务变动及时完成档期调整、舱位调配，同步内部业务及外部供应商，跟踪计划执行差异，及时反馈计划执行中的异常问题。 4.识别舱位紧缺、爆仓、运力不足等潜在业务风险，协助开展风险前置预警，配合制定应对预案，保障整体舱位供给稳定、履约交付可控。 5.整理舱位、货量、履约相关数据，完成计划维度的数据统计复盘，输出简单分析材料，持续优化舱位计划逻辑，提升资源利用效率。

1.本科及以上学历，供应链管理、物流管理、国际贸易、电子商务等相关专业，有物流岗位实习经历优先; 2.CET6级及以上，听说读写流利，英语可作为工作语言； 3.熟悉使用办公软件，函数公式可熟练应用至数据分析； 4.积极主动、逻辑清晰，具备较强学习能力和团队合作能力; 5.责任心强，专注细节，抗压力强，优化思维勇于持续改善并寻求更好解决方法。
