1、参与公司 3D 打印核心业务中模型算法、视觉算法的工程化接入与业务落地，覆盖 3D 模型生成、模型编辑 / 处理、打印监控等场景； 2、负责算法能力的服务化封装、稳定运行与效果闭环，参与需求分析、技术方案设计、系统实现到上线迭代的完整交付； 3、主要实现语言为 Python / Golang。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、数学、统计、人工智能、自动化等相关专业（/2027 届应届毕业生优先）； 2、熟练掌握至少一门后端编程语言（Python 优先，Go 加分），具备扎实的编程基础，理解 IO、多线程、集合等核心知识点； 3、熟悉常用的数据结构与算法，具备基本的算法设计与优化能力，能独立解决相关技术问题； 4、有优秀的逻辑分析能力，能够对业务逻辑与算法流程进行合理的抽象和拆分； 5、有强烈的求知欲，优秀的学习和沟通能力，乐于与算法、产品、后端等团队协作。 加分项 - 有 Python / Go 项目经验（课程设计、开源贡献、实习均可）； - 了解常见中间件（MySQL、Redis、消息队列等）及 HTTP / RPC 基础； - 有算法工程化、模型服务部署、异步任务或高并发相关实践 / 学习经历； - 对 3D 模型处理、视觉算法、设备监控或消费级硬件场景有兴趣或相关经历。 岗位亮点 - 参与 3D 打印核心业务链路中的算法能力落地，直接影响产品体验和用户效果； - 面向真实业务场景，解决算法从 Demo 到规模化应用的工程问题； - 有机会在算法应用、服务架构、高并发稳定性与平台化方向持续成长。
