1. 参与 Web 前端功能开发，使用 React 完成组件开发、交互实现和页面搭建。 2. 根据设计稿完成界面落地，确保页面的兼容性与表现效果。 3. 在导师指导下参与前端工程化、代码优化、性能优化等工作。 4. 协助进行单元测试、Bug 修复以及版本迭代。 5. 与产品、设计、后端工程师协作，推动需求按时高质量交付。 6. 学习团队的前端技术栈与最佳实践，逐步承担更独立的开发任务。

必须条件（Basic Requirements）

  • 熟悉 JavaScript（ES6+） 基础语法
  • 理解 React 的基础概念（组件、Props、State、基础 Hooks）
  • 熟悉 HTML5 / CSS3，能实现常见页面布局
  • 掌握基本的 Git 使用（分支、提交、合并）
  • 具备自我驱动能力与较好的学习能力
  • 有良好的沟通能力与团队协作意识

  • 有个人项目 / 课程项目 / 实习项目使用过 React
  • 掌握 TypeScript、React Router、Redux / Zustand / Recoil 任意一种
