1. 数据洞察・解锁零售增长密码 监控并分析门店运营数据，主动识别业务风险与增长机会。 对具体业务卡点进行专题分析，为门店的精细化运营（如库存、陈列、服务）提供决策支持。 2.内容创造与培训赋能： 深入一线，挖掘用户痛点与产品亮点，开发实战培训课程（含PPT、视频、手册等），解决“上手难”、“不会用”等关键问题。 结合3D打印业务节奏，为线下专卖店和渠道经销商制定产品培训计划，覆盖产品知识、销售话术、服务流程，赋能一线销售人员 玩转抖音 / 小红书等新媒体，策划创意内容，打造门店流量爆款，提升品牌影响力与到店客流 3. 运营流程与体系搭建： 参与执行并持续迭代门店运营流程标准，覆盖门店建设、销售管理、服务体验等全环节。 协助搭建和优化国内专卖店的智能运营管理体系。 4. 活动策划 策划并支持线下门店活动，通过实践反馈不断迭代运营与内容策略。 高效联动研发、市场、供应链等部门，整合资源，确保零售工具与策略的前后端共振。
