1. 参与线缆组件与连接器的可靠性测试，理解失效机理，积累从测试数据到设计改善的完整经验； 2. 逐步深入产品项目，参与线缆连接器的选型、定制开发与供应商技术对接； 3. 参与整机线束设计规范的制定，向独立负责整机线束设计方向成长； 4. 跟踪线缆连接器领域的材料与工艺前沿，将技术趋势转化为产品改善输入； 5. 与结构工程师合作完成产品3D布线。

1. 机械、机械电子、材料科学及相关专业本科及以上学历； 2. 具备扎实的材料学基础，理解常见工程材料的力学性能与工艺特性； 3. 熟悉机械结构设计基础，能使用主流3D设计软件； 4. 对机械和环境应力、疲劳、蠕变等可靠性相关知识有基本认知； 5. 动手能力强，对产品拆解、装配、工艺细节有兴趣。

加分项 ① 有线缆、线束或连接器相关经验（课程、实验室项目或者个人项目）； ② 参与过国家级及以上机械/材料类竞赛并获奖； ③ 以第一作者身份发表SCI论文； ④ 有硬件/产品公司实习经历，并参与过核心项目； ⑤ 了解信号完整性基础或有EMI/EMC相关知识背景。
