Bambu Lab 正在全球快速扩展线下零售网络。作为零售设计培训生，你将直接参与真实的商业化零售空间项目，从跟项目学到独立主导门店全案，在头部甲方公司的视角下理解设计如何驱动商业结果。 岗位职责 -参与品牌线下零售空间的全案设计，包括旗舰店及标准授权店，跟进从概念方案到施工落地的完整流程； -逐步建立全案能力，独立主导门店项目，负责方案输出、图纸绘制、落地跟进、开业验收； -协助建立和完善门店SI系统，参与模块化设计方案及标准化物料库的整理与更新； -与运营、市场、采购等内部团队紧密协作，确保设计方案落地可执行； -复盘已落地门店的实际效果，提出优化建议并持续迭代。

-室内设计、建筑学、工业设计等相关专业应届本科及以上毕业生； -能够独立完成空间设计全流程作图，熟练使用主流设计类软件 -有完整的设计作品集，能体现从概念到方案落地的完整思路； -执行力强，想法能落到图纸和现场，不停留在概念层面。

加分项 -有零售空间、商业展览或品牌门店相关实习经验； -对科技或消费电子产品有浓厚兴趣，理解科技品牌的审美语言； -有参与过实际落地项目（非纯概念课题）的经历
