核心职责 1. 海外短视频矩阵操盘：负责 Bambu Lab 海外官方短视频账号（TikTok/Reels/Shorts 等）的选题规划、创意脚本撰写与整体风格把控，洞察欧美年轻圈层与科技极客的审美喜好，打造高播放、高互动、强心智的爆款内容。 2. 品牌官方视频深度参与：深度参与和接触 Bambu Lab 品牌官方大片、旗舰新品视频、硬核技术可视化演示及全球 Campaign 视觉短片的创意发起、前期策划与跨部门摄制落地，将极致的“科技美学”转化为全球用户一眼心动的视觉语言。 3. 全球 Campaign 视觉落地：作为核心成员深度参与品牌各项全球大型营销Campaign，统筹短视频端的视觉铺排、话题挑战赛与节点引爆。 4. 数据监控与趋势复盘：建立短视频数据看板，追踪播放量、完播率、粉丝增长及转化路径，敏锐捕捉全球社媒热点与算法风向，完成高效迭代。

1. 基本背景：2027 届本科及以上毕业生，专业不限（海外留学背景、影视编导、数字媒体、广告学、市场营销或理工科极客背景优先）。 2. 语言与跨文化网感：英语可作为日常工作及创意沟通语言，具备极佳的英文文案语感与海外 Meme 直觉（深度冲浪 TikTok、YouTube、Instagram、Reddit，熟悉欧美年轻人的幽默感与科技极客梗）。 3. 内容审美与策划能力：对视听语言有极高的敏感度，具备出色的故事构思、分镜头脚本或创意策划能力（会基础的视频剪辑/AIGC 视觉工具，能直观表达创意者优先）。 4. 同理心与商业直觉：认可 Bambu Lab 的产品哲学，理解科技硬件与 Lifestyle 的结合点，追求“不自嗨、重转化与心智穿透”的高杠杆解法。 5. 加分附件：如果你自己经营过海外短视频账号（TikTok/IG/YouTube 独立创作者）、产出过高播放量作品，或有出色的个人作品集，请在网申时作为附件同步上传。
