1. 负责海外市场海外仓日常运营跟进，监控关键运营指标（SLA达成率、准时交付率、库存准确率），识别问题并推动改善落地； 2. 跟进订单异常全流程闭环，建立预警与反馈机制，对延误、丢件、破损等突发情况快速介入处理； 3. 参与仓库运营流程梳理与优化，迭代作业SOP，推动效率与服务质量持续提升； 4. 分析物流运费成本，定位核心问题，协同相关方推动优化落地； 5. 协助统筹盘点计划与新仓导入，确保账实一致、新仓顺利落地。

1. 本科及以上学历，物流、供应链、国际贸易或相关专业优先； 2. 英语为工作语言，能与海外供应商进行高频口语沟通，口语表达自然流畅，无需翻译协助；有海外学习或生活经历优先； 3. 沟通能力强，面对强势供应商或业务压力能保持专业、稳定，持续推动问题解决； 4. 逻辑清晰，数据敏感，熟练使用Excel或其他数据分析工具； 5. 抗压能力强，能适应旺季物流高峰及突发异常的快节奏工作环境。

加分项 1. 有物流、供应链、跨境电商相关实习经验； 2. 熟悉OMS/WMS/TMS等物流系统操作。
