必要条件 1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机或相关专业， 熟练掌握 Golang、Java 等至少一种后端开发语言，具备良好的编码习惯； 2、有完整的后端项目经历，不限于个人项目、竞赛项目、开源项目或实习项目，能清晰说明自己负责的模块，以及接口设计、数据库设计和问题排查过程； 3、掌握数据结构与算法、计算机网络、操作系统、数据库等基础知识； 4、有较好的逻辑分析与抽象能力，能理解业务需求并拆解为可落地的技术方案； 5、具备主动学习和沟通协作能力，能快速进入真实业务开发节奏。 加分项 - 有 Web 社区、内容平台、创作者平台或用户增长相关项目经验； - 熟悉 MySQL、Redis、消息队列、Docker 或常见微服务开发实践； - 有开源贡献、技术博客或可展示的个人作品。 你将获得 - 直接参与 MakerWorld 真实线上需求，而非单纯完成练习型任务； - 接触相对完整的后端工程体系和业务开发流程； - 在资深工程师指导下承担可独立交付的功能模块； - 表现优秀者有转正机会。
