  • 搭建门店运营数据看板，结合门店情况进行分析，为店面运营、货品管理等提出优化方案并推动解决；
  • 协助代理商的商务谈判和日常对接，参与制定管理方案，推动渠道健康发展；
  • 负责门店日常运营点检，按标准进行检核与问题跟进、并参与标准优化；
  • 根据门店运营规范的要求，进行相关审核与处理，确保流程规范落地；
  • 维护门店相关数据的准确性和更新及时性，支撑业务决策与日常管理。

必要条件 - 应届毕业生，本科及以上学历； - 在校期间有销售、创业等相关经历； - 认真细致有责任心，有较好的数据处理与分析能力； - 有较好的沟通谈判能力和语言表达能力； - 熟练使用Excel/飞书等办公工具。

加分项 - 有门店运营、零售行业或消费电子渠道相关实习经验； - 了解数据看板工具（如飞书多维表格等）； - 对3D打印或硬科技产品有兴趣。
