你会做什么 1、在 Mentor 的带领下，参与具体页面、组件或功能模块的开发，完成从需求理解到上线的完整流程。 2、参与团队的工具链与效率工具建设，例如组件文档、自动化脚本、埋点与监控的接入。 3、参与代码评审（既是被 Review，也学着 Review 别人），理解一段代码"能跑"和"能维护"之间的差别。 4、协助线上问题的定位与复现，学习如何在真实环境中排查问题。 5、参与技术分享与文档沉淀。

我们希望你具备 1、实习：在校学生，每周到岗不少于 4 天、可连续实习 6 个月以上，表现优秀者可获得转正机会。 2、扎实的计算机基础：数据结构与算法、计算机网络、操作系统有基本概念，不需要背题，但要讲得清原理。 3、掌握 HTML / CSS / JavaScript，理解 DOM、事件、异步与作用域等核心机制。 4、了解至少一个现代前端框架（我们用 React，有 Vue 等其他框架经验同样可以），能独立完成一个有完整交互的页面。 5、会用 Git 进行基本的版本管理与协作。 6、有强烈的好奇心与学习意愿，能自己动手把问题查明白。 7、具备英文技术文档的阅读能力。 加分项 - 有完整的个人项目、开源贡献或 GitHub 作品（比简历上的技能列表更有说服力）。 - 了解 TypeScript，或接触过 Next.js / TanStack Start 等框架。 - 做过 3D、图形、可视化、游戏或硬件相关的小项目。 - 对 3D 打印、创客文化、机器人或模型有真实的兴趣与实践。 - 有实习经历、竞赛获奖（ACM / CTF / 各类开发比赛）或技术博客。
