1. 负责门店客户旅程接待，以3D打印爱好者的视角讲解产品，提升用户对品牌的好感度，并将高意向客户交接给全职体验专家 2. 负责门店日常基础运营维护，包括但不限于陈列维护、货品整理 3. 根据需要执行其他工作任务，包括但不限于在门店内的异业活动支持、沙盘区域的玩法介绍和及时报修等 4. 工作中保持积极的服务状态，认同拓竹的品牌文化，凭借自身对3D打印行业和产品的热爱，为用户传递专业、正向的品牌文化

1. 拓竹3D打印机真实用户，拥有2-3件可展示的个人打印作品，并能独立完成作品讲解 2. 大专及以上学历在校生，形象气质佳，性格开朗亲和，适应快节奏工作，热爱与人沟通 3. 具备良好的服务意识和沟通能力，工作耐心细心，责任感强 4. 保持好奇心和学习精神，关注行业动向，熟悉门店最新的销售、服务体验和售后政策 5. 岗位为排班制，一周工作3~5天。需配合周末、节假日及晚间班次（最晚至22:30），工作期间需较长时间站立服务，需适应门店基础工作节奏、认可岗位特性后再投递
