核心职责 1. 海外核心社群运营：负责 Bambu Lab 核心海外创作者与极客专属私域阵地（如 Discord）的架构规划、特权机制、高黏性频道及自动化玩法的搭建与精细化运营，打造全球科技极客的高质量“内圈”交流场。 2. 全球达人挖掘与深度链接：穿梭于海外各大社媒（YouTube、Reddit、X、Instagram、TikTok 等），主动发掘具备潜力的 3D 打印设计新星、开源硬件极客与数码大 V，通过高水平的跨文化沟通与定制化关怀，将其吸纳并沉淀至品牌社群。 3. 全球 Campaign 协同与落地：深度参与 Bambu Lab 各类面向全球的重点营销战役（如新品发布、年度创客挑战赛、跨界联名等），负责联动社群 KOC 矩阵进行内容共创、预热引爆与声量扩散，将宏观 Campaign 在私域转化为高活跃的真实心智。 4. 成长陪跑与全链路赋能：设计并推动海外社群用户的专属成长路径，从产品早期内测（Beta Testing）、流量扶持、官方联动到商业变现，全方位为创作者赋能，陪伴其实现影响力与商业价值的指数级增长。 5. 共创机制与产品反馈闭环：倾听并收集全球头部创作者对 Bambu Lab 软硬件产品的真实痛点与创新建议，高效反哺国内产品研发与海外营销策略，与用户共建生态。

任职要求 1. 2027 届本科及以上毕业生，专业不限（海外留学背景、市场营销、传播学、心理学或理工科极客背景优先）。 2. 英语六级或以上，具备优秀英文文案语感与同理心（懂欧美极客、Maker 圈层黑话与创作者心理学），能与海外达人无障碍同频对话。 3. 圈层深度玩家（加分项）：本身是 3D 打印爱好者、Maker（创客）或硬核科技数码圈、游戏 Mod 圈的资深玩家，天然理解科技创作者的极客精神与荣誉感。 4. 同理心与沟通艺术：具备优秀的审美眼光与伯乐潜质，擅长发现他人的闪光点；善于与不同文化背景的高粘性人群建立信任、长期陪伴。 5. 加分附件：如果你自己经营过海外社群、YouTube/IG 账号，或曾深度参与过国内外创作者生态/开源社区建设，请在网申时作为作品集同步上传。
