岗位职责 - 参与组装工厂一线问题了解，协助识别电子料（PCB、连接器、传感器、被动元件等）来料质量问题； - 协助走访供应商工厂，参与来料问题的根因分析，跟踪整改方案的落地执行； - 协助建立和更新电子料来料检验标准，监督供应商按标准执行； - 参与供应商日常质量评估与考核，跟踪改善进展并整理相关数据； - 协助维护供应商质量档案，支持体系审核与质量数据分析工作。

专业背景 - 2027届本科及以上应届毕业生，电子信息、电气工程、通信工程、自动化等相关专业； - 有制造业实习经历（供应链、质量、硬件方向）或参与过大型工程类竞赛优先。

能力素质 - 有较强的项目统筹意识，能够自主推进任务并跟踪闭环； - 逻辑清晰，能将观察到的现象转化为有条理的分析； - 不怕出差跑工厂，愿意在现场解决问题，而非只在办公室处理报告。

加分项 - 了解SMT、电子元器件制造工艺或有电路板焊接/调试经验； - 接触过8D、5Why等问题分析工具；
