拓竹的3D打印机已成为全球创客与工程师的核心工具。工具、配件与周边产品作为整机体验的延伸，直接影响用户在真实场景中的使用质量——而这里的设计，不止步于量产，用户会基于它持续创造出新的可能。 我们希望找到对产品设计有热情、动手能力强、并且愿意深入真实使用场景思考的设计新人。在这里，你将有机会在资深设计师的带领下参与真实项目，从概念推敲到设计落地，快速成长。 岗位职责 1. 协助配件品类工业设计工作，参与需求解读、概念设计、造型与CMF推敲等环节。 2. 深入手持工具使用场景，参与握持手感、操作姿态与人机交互细节的研究，提出你的设计思考。 3. 配合结构、产品团队协同推进，在设计表现力与制造可行性之间学习做出有依据的判断。 4. 通过3D打印等方式快速制作原型，验证设计方向与想法。 5. 持续关注3D打印社区生态动态，从真实使用反馈中发现设计机会并转化为设计输入。

必要条件 1. 工业设计相关专业毕业生，能保证三个月以上稳定的实习时间。 2. 具备扎实的手绘与三维建模能力，熟练掌握主流3D建模软件，并能通过作品集展现清晰的设计思考过程与成长潜力。 3. 具备良好的设计思考能力：面对一个需求，能讲清楚"为什么这样设计"，而不只是呈现好看的结果。 4. 对3D打印工艺有基本了解，平时喜欢倒腾模型、爱折腾、爱动手，享受把想法做出来的过程。 5. 对人机工学有基本认知，愿意通过原型制作去验证握持感与操作可行性，而非停留于理论。 加分项 1. 有工具类、配件类或消费智能硬件的课程项目、竞赛作品或个人项目经历。 2. 本身是活跃的动手爱好者：模型、DIY、改装，或在MakerWorld等平台上传过原创设计。 3. 了解基础的量产工艺（注塑、钣金等）或有基础结构设计认知，能与工程师做初步沟通。 4. 英文可作为工作语言。
