1. 参与 MakerWorld 模型平台相关项目的机械结构设计与开发，项目覆盖创客宝库、CyberBrick、官方模型、沙盘模型； 2. 在导师带领下参与中小型硬件项目的机械方案设计，设计内容包括基于 3D 打印工艺的结构件、面向量产的注塑/钣金/机加结构件，以及小型机电组件的结构设计； 3. 参与产品定义、结构方案讨论、3D建模、2D出图、样机打样、装配验证、问题分析与结构迭代； 4. 与硬件、嵌入式、测试、供应链及创作者团队协同，推进项目从创意到样机落地； 5. 持续关注 3D 打印、DIY、创客工具及桌面硬件领域的新技术、新工艺与新材料，并将其应用于项目开发。

1. 本科及以上学历，机械设计、机械工程、机械电子、工业设计等相关专业； 2. 具备扎实的机械设计基础，理解常见机械结构原理、材料基础、装配关系及基本公差概念； 3. 熟练使用至少一款三维建模软件，具备基本二维工程图表达能力； 4. 对 3D 打印、DIY、创客硬件、小型机电产品或桌面工具类产品有强兴趣，有真实动手实践经历； 5. 具备良好的问题分析能力，能够从需求出发拆解结构方案，并通过打样、装配或实验验证自己的设计； 6. 具备较强的学习能力、自驱力和责任心，愿意在多项目、快节奏环境中持续成长。
