岗位定位 我们正在寻找 2027 届毕业生，一起加入 MakerWorld 全球运营管培生计划。我们并非寻找“完美契合的候选人”，而是期待“愿意尝试、乐于学习、善于沟通”的你。先以行动建立共识，再共同确定最适合你的发展方向。在这里，你将由专业导师1对1指导，参与甚至引领全球创客与3D打印的浪潮。我们会根据你的特质，匹配不同的成长方向，让你在 1-2 年内独当一面负责完整的项目或者专业方向，真正拥有属于自己的舞台。

核心职责 1、洞察：追踪3D打印/创客社群、海内外内容平台及用户行为趋势，输出可落地洞察。 2、策划：独立完成选题、活动或创作者方案撰写，明确目标、指标与资源清单。 3、执行：统筹内外部资源，推进内容上线、活动落地或用户触达，确保节点与质量。 4、评估：建立数据看板，监控关键指标，完成复盘并迭代策略。 5、协作：与产品、设计、法务、海外KOL等多角色沟通，保障合规与体验。

任职要求 1、2027届本科及以上毕业生，专业不限。 2、大学英语六级或同等水平，可撰写英文文案并进行日常商务沟通。 3、逻辑清晰，具备基础数据分析能力，能使用Excel或同类工具完成描述性分析。 4、乐于学习，对3D打印、创客文化或海内外社区有好奇心。 5、如果你有相关的运营项目&其他作品集，可作为附件网申同步上传

未来运营发展方向 1、海外增长运营官：负责 Ins、YouTube、Reddit 等核心海外平台的增长策略与执行，探索跨文化玩法，打造 MakerWorld 在全球范围内的用户影响力与社区声量。 2、全球活动策展人：策划并操盘全球建模大赛与主题活动，将创意与品牌结合，打造有影响力的社区盛事，连接创客、品牌与用户，提升 MakerWorld 的国际影响力。 3、创作者成长运营：设计并推动创作者成长路径，从新手到头部全程赋能，帮助优秀创作者脱颖而出，提升模型供给的质量、多样性与可持续性，构建活跃的创作者生态。 4、社区生态运营：基于数据洞察与用户反馈，设计治理机制与激励策略，营造一个公平、健康、可信赖的全球创客社区生态，让更多优质内容与积极互动在这里发生。
