1.硕士及以上学历，有3年以上工作经验，材料科学与工程，化学工程，高分子材料等相关专业优先，经验丰富者可放宽至本科学历； 2.掌握常见材料性能测试和结构表征的方法和仪器，有双螺旋加工工艺优化经验，具备科研实验室或可靠性测试工作经验者优先； 3.有较强的管理和沟通能力，能快速识别技术问题，组织人力完成技术攻关。
