At Banana Moon Hounslow, we’re looking for someone a little different.

We want a manager who has high standards, a passion for early years and the drive to make a nursery the very best it can be. Someone who doesn’t just want to keep things ticking along, but who gets satisfaction from making changes, improving practice and seeing the difference their leadership makes.

Banana Moon Hounslow is looking for an ambitious, hands-on Nursery Manager who wants to take ownership, raise the bar and make their mark. Requirements

  • Proven management experience within a nursery or early childhood education setting.
  • Extensive background working with children, demonstrating a thorough understanding of childcare practices.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff members.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations relevant to childcare environments.
