  • Du unterstützt die Planung und Konzeption von Projekten.
  • Du arbeitest mit der Kreation zusammen und gemeinsam erarbeitet ihr Konzepte von Social Media Postings und Kampagnen.
  • Du unterstützt in der Media-Planung und -Aussteuerung sowie an Performance-Tracking und -Optimierungen.
  • Du erstellst Analysen und Reportings.

Dein Profil

Du liebst Social Media, bist kreativ, ein absolutes Kommunikationstalent und wolltest schon immer in einer Digitalagentur arbeiten? Du hast ein Gespür für Trends und nebenbei noch eine analytische Ader? Du denkst und liebst digital? Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig! Komm mit an Bord und werde Teil der Banauten-Crew und setze mit uns spannende Projekte für unsere namhaften Kunden um.

  • Du bist bezüglich Trends im Bereich Social Media und Influencer immer up to date.
  • Du bist und denkst mobile first und die Social Media Kanäle sind dein Zuhause.
  • Du hast im besten Fall bereits erste Erfahrung mit Social Tools (Publishing-Tools, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager,...).
  • Du bist sicher im Texten und hast ein Gespür für den richtigen Ton.

  • Kultur: Mit einem Durchschnittsalter von unter 30 Jahren bestehen wir ausschließlich aus Digital Natives. Digitaler Spirit statt angestaubte Firmenkultur.
  • Aber auch sonst ist bei uns einiges geboten: regelmäßige Events im Rahmen unserer Banauten & Friends Reihe und eine jährliche Workation mit dem ganzen Team (zum Beispiel auf einem großen Anwesen in Italien). Darüber hinaus hast du ein persönliches Fortbildungsbudget zur Förderung deiner persönlichen Entwicklung.
