Tu misión será resolver dudas, incidencias y solicitudes de nuestros clientes, asegurando una atención eficaz y alineada con los criterios establecidos para nuestros productos de captación y crédito. Serás un pilar fundamental para construir una experiencia de servicio ágil, confiable y cercana.

🚀 ¿Qué harás en tu día a día?

🔹 Dar seguimiento a clientes o prospectos interesados. 🔹 Autenticar correctamente a los clientes. 🔹 Brindar apoyo a los clientes con sus consultas y solicitudes. 🔹 Realizar llamadas salientes (outbound) para avisos importantes. 🔹 Cargar información en CRM.

🧠 ¿Qué buscamos?

Buscamos personas con mentalidad de servicio, empáticas, organizadas y con atención al detalle.

✅ Requisitos:

🎓 Bachillerato o licenciatura trunca. 📞 Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en call center brindando servicio al cliente. 🧑‍💻 Dominio de paquetería Office. 📋 Uso de CRM, idealmente Salesforce.
