Que nos ayude a liderar la evolución tecnológica, estabilidad y seguridad de nuestros canales digitales, asegurando la entrega continua de nuevas capacidades para nuestros clientes.

¿Cuáles serán tus actividades?

  • Liderar la evolución tecnológica de App Personas, Banca por Internet, Onboarding/Ventas Digitales y canales web.
  • Traducir el roadmap de Producto e Innovación en planes técnicos, backlog, prioridades y fechas de entrega.
  • Gestionar el desarrollo y evolución de los canales bajo un modelo combinado de equipos internos y proveedores tecnológicos.
  • Liderar las integraciones del Onboarding Digital con servicios de identidad, biometría y Core Bancario.
  • Gestionar el ciclo de vida de software: versionamiento, CI/CD, controles de calidad y seguridad, releases y despliegues.
  • Asegurar la disponibilidad y estabilidad de los canales digitales, coordinando la atención de incidentes críticos L2/L3.
  • Gestionar proveedores especializados, asegurando SLAs, calidad, cumplimiento y continuidad del servicio.
  • Coordinar con Seguridad la implementación de controles de autenticación, prevención de fraude, vulnerabilidades y pruebas de seguridad.
  • Participar en la evolución y modernización de plataformas legacy hacia soluciones digitales escalables.

¿Qué necesitas para estar en la posición?

  • Ingeniería en Sistemas, Software, Telecomunicaciones o carrera afín.
  • 8+ años de experiencia en desarrollo o gestión de aplicaciones web y/o mobile.
  • 3+ años liderando equipos técnicos y proveedores de tecnología.
  • Experiencia en banca, fintech o servicios financieros, idealmente en canales digitales.
  • Experiencia trabajando con App, Banca por Internet, Onboarding Digital, APIs e integraciones con sistemas bancarios.
  • Conocimiento sólido de SDLC, CI/CD, releases, calidad, seguridad y operación de aplicaciones en producción.
  • Experiencia gestionando SLAs, disponibilidad e incidentes críticos.
  • Inglés B2 o superior.
  • Deseable experiencia con Veritran u otras plataformas low-code bancarias, migración de sistemas legacy y onboarding con biometría.
