Du bist organisiert, arbeitest gerne im Team und hast Freude daran, Dinge anzupacken?

Deine Aufgaben

Als Teil unseres Einkaufsteams sorgst du dafür, dass unsere Filialen bestens versorgt sind. Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören unter anderem:

* Bestellabwicklung für unsere Filialen

* Kommunikation mit unseren Verkaufsmitarbeiter:innen und Lieferant:innen

* Bearbeitung von Lieferscheinen

* Kontrolle von Eingangsrechnungen

* Allgemeine organisatorische und administrative Tätigkeiten im Einkauf

Das bringst du mit

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. HAS, HAK oder Lehre Bürokauffrau/-mann)

* Erste Berufserfahrung im Einkauf oder in der Administration

* Freude an organisatorischen Aufgaben und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Zuverlässigkeit sowie Teamgeist

* Lernbereitschaft und Motivation, Neues zu entdecken

* Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und allgemeinen EDV-Anwendungen

* Sehr gute schriftliche und mündliche Ausdrucksweise

* Freundliches Auftreten und wertschätzender Umgang mit Kolleg:innen und Geschäftspartner:innen
