Summary:

As an HVAC Lead Installer, you will be responsible for installing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and other equipment following manufacture specifications and company requirements.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

  • Lead installation projects with a focus on quality and efficiency.
  • Train and mentor junior installers to develop their skills. |
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience installing HVAC for residential service
  • EPA Certified
  • Good communication skills
