Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir im Rahmen einer weitsichtigen Nachfolgeplanung eine engagierte und fachlich kompetente Persönlichkeit mit Interesse auf eine spätere Übernahme der Spartenleitung Compliance.

Ihre Hauptaufgaben ------------------

* Durchführung von übergeordneten Kontrollen (2nd ) und Berichterstattungen zu ausgewählten Bereichen auf Gesamtbankebene

* Fach\- und Koordinationsverantwortung für Compliance relevante Themen in Zusammenarbeit mit der Spartenleitung Compliance

* Überwachung der regulatorischen Entwicklung auf nationaler und internationaler Ebene sowie Abklärung des Handlungsbedarfs

* Beratung und Befähigung der Business Compliance sowie deren Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von regulatorischen Projekten

* Unterstützung der Risikokontrolle bei der Erkennung, Bewertung und Überwachung spezifischer Risiken

* Laufende Bewirtschaftung von Reglementen, Weisungen und AML\-Dokumentationen

* Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung von Management\-Reportings

* Mithilfe bei der Bewirtschaftung des Vertragswesens

* Fachliche Unterstützung bei internen und externen Prüfungen durch die Revisionsstelle

* Mitwirkung bei Schulungs\- und Awareness\-Initiativen

Ihr Profil ----------

* Abgeschlossener Hochschulabschluss in Rechts\- oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit mehrjähriger beruflicher Erfahrung in den Bereichen Finanzmarktrecht, Compliance und Risikomanagement bei einem Finanzintermediär oder aus der Unternehmensberatung (Financial Services)

* Gute Kenntnisse des Schweizer Banken\- und Regulierungsumfelds sowie Erfahrung in der Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen und deren erfolgreiche Umsetzung

* Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, vernetztes Denken und rasche Auffassungsgabe

* Zuverlässige, selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie hohes Mass an Eigenverantwortung

* Empathisch und lösungsorientiert mit der Fähigkeit adressatengerecht zu kommunizieren

* Hohe Service\- und Kundenorientierung
